I would like to dedicate this website to our late SECAPA Chairperson Tom Santos, who led this organization for many years, building our membership and helping our authors and publishers expand their knowledge and recognition.

"Tom, you have meant so much to so many. May your journey forward be enriched by the magnificent souls who have passed before you, just like you have done here. You were incredibly generous of your time, your kindness and love. You were a strong voice and advocate for so many who were making their place in this world. You have left your mark - never to be forgotten."
